Paper Box
Paperboard is the primary material used for manufacturing paper boxes due to its strength and flexibility. The grade and thickness of paperboard are selected based on the box's intended use, product weight, and aesthetic requirements. Throughout the manufacturing process, quality control measures are implemented to ensure that each box meets the specified dimensions, print quality, and structural integrity. Once printed, the paperboard sheets are cut into the desired shape and size using die-cutting machines. Simultaneously, creasing lines are applied to facilitate folding and assembly.
